Ms. Abu Sa'ad is a lawyer and legal consultant with broad legal experience as in-house counsel for group of companies and legal advisor to Small, Medium Entities and private sector clients. She joined the Jordanian Bar Association in 1991, bringing in over 20 years of experience to ALLIED. Dua'a experience started in Abu Na'meh law firm between the years of 1991- 2002 during which she litigated at all courts levels, had extensive work of research and submitted more than a paper on Trade Mark Crimes. Ms. Abu Sa'ad moved to Doha, Qatar between the years of 2003-2005 to Qatar International Group as Vice President (Legal & Administration). Her responsibilities included advisory work to the senior management on legal implications of all decisions so as to minimize risk and streamline operations. Job tasks included drafting and auditing of various contracts & agreements with great influence on matters of compliance to the Qatari Laws and regulations. International business and finance agreements are a usual part of any working week. Between the years of 2006 -2011, Dua'a joined as an in-House Legal Counsel in the Dajani Group.
