He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Jordan, and has extensive work experience in the fields of litigation, legal advice and legislation. With more than 15 years of experience, he started his career with the National Center for Law, where he represented many clients in the public and private sectors, and then moved to ALLIED Law and Arbitration, and became the principal advisor and then director of the Consultation and Litigation Department. Mr. Siam represents a number of banks in Jordan, including the Arab Bank, Housing, Commercial and Investment Bank, and is respected and admired by his peers as a professional. He has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, in addition to drafting bylaws and regulations. Mr. Siam directs a group of lawyers litigating in specialized cases. Mr. Muhannad is a member of the Profession Affairs Committee of the Bar Association, and participates in supporting many union projects. His experience included managing banking business (supervising and legal) in addition to being the legal advisor to the sister bank of the Arab Bank in the UAE.
